At our store, each item is handmade and crafted to order with significant time, care, and materials invested into production. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Items already in production or shipped
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged item.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all purchases are final.
